Sanur Takes Its Coffee Seriously

One of the best things to do of a morning in Sanur is to sit at a cafe with a good coffee — either watching the world go by or an amazing sunrise. Sanur has a genuinely world class coffee scene, far better than you might expect for Bali. From specialty roasters to beachside cafes, there’s a coffee for every mood and every time of day — iced coffee, espresso, latte, flat white and everything in between.

You will find coffee in Sanur everywhere — from the main strip Jalan Danau Tamblingan to the Sanur Beach Path, from small streets like Jl. Duyung to back streets like Jl. Pungutan. Each Sanur coffee shop has its own character. Some are the kind of place you sit down for an hour and forget to leave — like Bulls Coffee. Others, such as Espresso and Sandwich Bar on Sindhu Beach, are a quick stop before a morning walk on the beach path. Either way, the coffee is good.
