Arriving in Bali
Bali has one major international airport, Ngurah Rai International Airport (also known as Denpasar International Airport), which is located in the southern part of the island, near the city of Denpasar. Visitors to Bali require a visa on arrival, which is valid for 30 days.
The fee for the visa on arrival is currently at IDR 500,000 (around 35 USD). This visa can be obtained online before you arrive, or you can queue at the airport for one.

You should not be paying anyone than 35,000IDR for the trip to Sanur. It is highly recommended to have a transfer organised or at least agree on a price before getting in a car
